Q: Where is Affaires de Couture based in?

Ans: We are an online boutique based in Singapore.

Q: How long does it take to receive the items I have ordered?

Ans: We are committed to deliver your order within 2 weeks upon receipt of your order. Should there be any delay in the shipping process, we will notify you immediately.

Q: Can I make payment with my country currency?

Ans: Yes, for Singapore customers only. No, for other countries as Paypal will convert your billing currency to Singapore dollars.

Q: Where can I find Affaires de Couture's bank account number as I would like to pay via fund transfer (internet banking / atm transfer)?

Ans: Please refer to our payment section. 

Q: Can I order if I am from other countries other than Singapore?

Ans: Yes, but shipping costs vary according to your shipping address.

Q: Does the amount indicated for each item includes shipping costs and tax?

Ans: No, you need to pay separately for the shipping cost and tax, if there is any.

Q: Can I meet up/call up with Affaires de Couture to collect my order?

Ans: No, all orders are to be received via registered mail.

Q: Can I have my order delivered via normal mail? I do not wish to pay for registered mail.

Ans: Affaires de Couture is committed to ensuring the reliability and timeliness of our goods delivery to all our customers. We believe registered mail will achieve these objectives to meet our customers' expectations.

Q: Can I return or exchange my items?

Ans: Exchanges will only be done for manufacturer defects. Such items must be returned in original condition (cannot be worn/washed etc). Item tag must be intact together with all accessories and original parts. Affaires de Couture will not bear the cost  of return and will not be held responsible should the return mail be lost in transit.

Q: Are the products sold in good quality?

Ans: They are directly imported from Korea and Affaires de Couture does conduct stringent checks before any item is shipped to you.

Q: I have seen other online shops selling exactly the same item but at a lower price.

Ans: We value quality and we sell what you see from the pictures.
